Mindfulness Self-Care Group

Mindfulness techniques include exploring various interactive styles of meditation, nature walks, seated (chair) yoga, and practical mindfulness strategies.

This group is suitable for those experiencing:

  • Overwhelming stress or conflict
  • Relational conflict
  • Heartbreak
  • Challenging transitions
  • Negative thought patterns
  • Anxiety
  • Insomnia
  • Unexplained weight gain and health problems

Sessions are scheduled for eight weeks

When:  June 5th – July 31st (Off July 3rd) from 7 pm – 8 pm

Cost: $10 per session or $ 75 for all sessions.

The group will be led by Taylor White and Anne Contee.

Taylor is a meditation practitioner  with over 20 years of experience in Tibetan Buddhist, Sufi, and Western forms of mindfulness. He is also an experienced Herbalist, Yogi, and Therapist. His goal is to bring mindfulness into the mainstream of American living.

Anne is the founder of White Lotus Wellness Center, retains fund of knowledge to blend eastern and western traditions to create balanced living.  Anne is a devout follower of mindfulness, certified yoga teacher and in-training relational therapist.  Anne’s goals are to restore balance and peace during sadness, pain and uncertainty.
