Traditional Hatha Yoga
This class will incorporate all the traditional methods used by yogis to achieve single-minded focus. Class will consist of mantra chanting*, pranayama, sun salutations. Additionally, asanas will be carefully selected to improve your postural alignment, digestive functioning, mental conditioning to reduce anxiety and or depression.
Some experience in yoga will be helpful. Please be assured that *mantra chanting is not religious in nature yet it is intended to creates spiritual vibrational sounds.
